Sanctums of Being
Sanctums of Being is a triptych that explores the shifting relationship between inner and outer worlds.
Within intimate architectural enclosures, she moves through three states of being: Reflect, Emerge and Resolve. The spaces become places of pause, where stillness gives way to movement and concealment gradually becomes revelation.
Translucent portals act as veils between the interior and the world beyond. They conceal and reveal, allowing fragments of light and presence to pass through. What lies within is never entirely hidden, and what lies beyond is never entirely separate.
Across the three works, she moves from self inquiry, through emergence, towards a quiet sense of presence. The architecture becomes both physical enclosure and inner landscape. Darkness, light, pattern and form hold traces of what has been carried through the journey.
Sanctums of Being considers the space between retreat and emergence, between what is known and what remains unknown. A place to pause. To listen. To consider. To become present.
Reflect
She is immersed in a cosmos of self inquiry.
Held within the enclosure, she turns inward.

Within this enclosed world, stillness becomes a place for listening. A moment to pause and attend to what lies within, while remaining connected to what lies beyond.

Emerge
She ventures from the inside.
The veil begins to lift.
Translucency and darkness meld. She is held between what is within and what begins to emerge.
The enclosure becomes a threshold, a place between retreat and movement. What was concealed begins to reveal itself as she moves towards the world beyond, carrying with her what has been held within.
A movement outward.
A crossing.
A becoming.
Resolve
She stands apart from within.
The veil behind her.
The darkness and architecture become part of the world she inhabits. What once concealed now becomes part of her surrounds, holding traces of what has been carried through.
She stands at the entrance, no longer hidden within it but fully present.
